  • Led the transformation of plant safety systems to a world-class level, fostering a shift in safety culture to achieve Zero incidents, risk mitigation, and improved morale.
  • Developed Maintenance management systems and procedures.
  • Formulated long-term strategies for power optimization, oil management, hydraulic systems, and lubrication oil consumption.
  • Implemented various resource conservation projects to achieve substantial reduction in energy costs.
  • Implemented TPM preventive maintenance schedules for various PLCs, CNCs, robotics, and SPMs to enhance uptime and reliability.
  • Established Standardized Work based on tact time and Poka yoke techniques, leading to increased OEE, WIP reduction, and a safer workplace.
  • Spearheaded Jishu-Hozen activities with a high degree of precision and coordinated Kaikaku Hozen activities.
